We selected the Tamworth breed for the fantastic, well-marbled pork, dry-cured bacon and speciality sausages that it produces. The Tamworth breed is the truest indigenous pig breed in the UK and with its long snout, prick ears and hardy nature it thrives in the natural environment of Paddock Farm.
