Our free-range chicken
We source our chicken from Nigel and Stewart at Springfield poultry where they raise birds in proper free-range conditions – the chickens are free to roam, forage and graze from first light to dusk. Welfare is just as important to Nigel and Stewart as it is to us.
Springfield poultry have been producing top quality birds since the late 1950s. It is a forward thinking family farm with old-fashioned principles and high standards producing top quality, slowly grown birds.
